Jan Sanskriti Manch is all set to organise the 3rd Patna Film Festival at Kalidas Rangalaya in Patna from December 2. This was disclosed by the office-bearers of the Manch in Patna on November 29, 2011. The theme of the festival is 'Against Corruption, For Democracy'.Photo: Aftab Alam Siddiqui
