Bihar Legislative Assembly Speaker Uday Narayan Choudhary inaugurated a seminar on "Parliamentary budget system and role of members of legislative assembly in the control of public fund" in Patna on December 22, 2011. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, Education Minister PK Shahi , Energy Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Planning Commission advisor NC Saxena and principal secretary (finance), Rameshwar Singh addressed the seminar that was organised jointly by Bihar Assembly Secretariat and United Nations.
