KYC is must for bank-customer relationship
RN Agrawal, DGM-cum-CCFO, State Bank of India (SBI), Patna Circle, said Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance helped bank identify customers as the genuine entities with whom SBI could enter into safe and secure banking relationships. Agrawal was talking to reporters in Patna on December 28, 2011.
