Bihar Government way behind in planned expenditure spending: Siddiqui
Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Abdul Bari Siddiqui alleged that State Government had spent less than one thirds of Rs 27365 crore planned expenditure envisaged in the Budget for the year 2011-12 though three quarters of the financial year gad gone. Siddiqui was talking to reporters in Patna on January 4, 2012.
