Approach paper to Bihar's 12th Five-Year Plan released
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi jointly released the approach paper to the 12th Five-Year Plan 2012-2017 in Patna on July 17, 2012. The plan has set a target of 13 per cent growth in the next five years. The plan outlay has been projected at Rs 2.72 lakh crores.
