ICAR regional centre holds meeting
Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) regional centre held its 21st meeting in Patna on September 21, 2012. Bihar Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh inaugurated the meeting. Bihar Animal Resources and Fishery Minister Giriraj Singh and Director General of ICAR Dr S Ayyappan were present in the meeting.
