Stunning cultural programmes mark Bihar Diwas celebrations
Gala cultural programmes marked the opening of Bihar Diwas function at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on March 22, 2013. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the function.The Chief Minister also released three books on Bihar on the occasion.
