Raj Kishore Singh Kushwaha of JD(U) filed his nomination papers for Bihar Legislative Council seat in Patna on April 26, 2013. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi were present on the occasion.
