Bihar Government goes tough against ultrasound centres
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar presided over the fourth meeting of the monitoring committee of the human development mission in Patna on April 6, 2013. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi also participated in the meeting. Addressing the meeting the Chief Minister ordered a crackdown on ultrasound centres engaged in ugly business of female foeticide.
