Rai slams Bihar government on opening of new medical colleges
Former Bihar Minister and BJP leader Chandra Mohan Rai alleged that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had been discriminating in opening new medical colleges in the state. Talking to newsmen in Patna on July 3, 2013, Rai alleged that the state government went all out to open a medical college in Pawapuri in Nalanda district but it ignored the demand of the people of Champaran.
