National folk dance festival begins
Thumak, Thumak 2013, a national folk dance festival organised by Kilkari Bal Bhavan, Bihar, began in Patna on December 28, 2013. Bihar Education Minister PK Shahi inaugurated the function. He also released a souvenir on the occasion. Folk dancers from Bengal and Maharashtra enthralled the audience with their superlative performance.
