Tarang 2014 ends with a promise to meet next year
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was the chief guest at the closing function of Bihar State Sub-Junior Sports Meet (Tarang 2014) at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on February 13, 2014. Bihar Education Minister PK Shahi and Water Resource Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary were present on the occasion.
