First eye bank of Bihar inaugurated
Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi inaugurated the first eye bank of Bihar at Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Patna on October 18, 2014. Manjhi also flagged off an eye collection ambulance.
