Patna High Court reinstates membership of 4 expelled JD(U) MLAs
Expelled JD(U) MLAs showed victory sign after Patna High Court reinstated their Bihar Assembly membership in Patna on January 6, 2015. Bihar Assembly Speaker Uday Narayan Choudhary terminated the membership of four MLAs on November 1, 2014, on the charges of resorting to anti-party activities in the Rajya Sabha by-elections last year. The MLAs were Gyanendra Singh Gyanu, Ravindra Rai, Neeraj Kumar Singh Bablu and Rahul Sharma.
