It's hope vs despair in Bihar poll, says Ravishankar Prasad
Union Communication Minister Ravishankar Prasad said that people of Bihar had been exercising their franchise for change in rule. "In the last two phase of Bihar Assembly election, it was hope vs despair and expectation vs discouragement", Prasad said while talking to media in Patna on October 17, 2015.
