Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurates Bihar State Pollution Control Board HQ

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated newly built headquarters of the Bihar State Pollution Control Board in Patna on October 4, 2016. Bihar Health, Environment and Forest Minister Tej Pratap Yadav was present on the occasion. The chief minister also planted a sapling to mark the function.
