43,000 ponds encroached upon in Bihar
Co-operative Fisheries Federation (COFFED) chairman Rishikesh Kashyap said that fisherman of Bihar were badly affected due to encroachment of 43,000 ponds spread in 90.000 hectares. He was talking to media in Patna on December 21, 2016.
