Lok Janashakti Party (LJP) chief Ram Vilas Paswan addresssed a meeting at Gate Public Library in Patna on Febrary 5, 2010. The meeting was organised to celebrate Sant Ravidas Jayanti. The organisers also felicitated Ram Vilas Paswan on the occasion.Addressing the meeting, Paswan today said the organisations like Shiv Sena and MNS should be banned for fomenting regionalism. "Leaders like Bal Thackeray and Raj Thackeray should be put behind the bars for trying to break the unity of the country", he said.
He also charged Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of dividing the Dalit fraternity by creating a Mahadalit Commission.
