Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) Ad-Hoc Committee met at SCADA Business Centre in Patna on August 3, 2010 to approve a cricket development plan for Bihar. Former Indian cricketer and one of the members of ad-hoc committee Syed Saba Karim presented a blue print of the development. Under the scheme, BCA will organize tournaments in all age groups dividing the districts in five zones. The champions of each zone will play an inter-zone tournament to decide the state champions.Photo: Aftab Alam Siddiqui
