RJD MLAs stage demonstration in protest against poor irrigation facility

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLAs staged demonstration outside Bihar Assembly in Patna on March 4, 2011 in protest against the poor irrigation facilities to farmers. They alleged that state-run tube-wells had not been functioning.
