Bal Rang Maotsav concludes
Artistes from Assam staged a play “Prem Bina Nahi Dharma Aano” at Kalidas Rangalaya in Patna on March 24, 2011 on the concluding day of National Bal Rang Mahotsav that was organised as a part of Bihar Diwas celebrations.
