Bihar Information and Public Relation Department Minister Brishen Patel inaugurated Bihar Documentary Film Fair at AN Sinha Institute in Patna on March 25, 2011. Bihar I and PRD secretary Rajesh Bhushan was present on the occasion.Addressing the function, I and PRD Minister Brishen Patel said documentary films on Bihar would be screened in the schools and colleges of the state. "Government will provide help to documentary film makers of the state", he said.
