Bihar Pradesh Vaishya Mahasammelan president Dr Jagannath Prasad Gupta crticised its national president Girish Shankar Sanghi for violating the Akhil Bharatiya Vaishya Mahasammelan constitution. Gupta said Sanghi's term as national president is already over and he has not right to appoint any one as president of Bihar unit.
