The three-day Uddan Mahotsav (Horticulture Fair) concluded at Bihar Veterinary College ground in Patna on August 13, 2011. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was the chief guest at the closing function. The Chief Minister also visited the stalls and gave away awards to farmers and stall owners on the occasion.
