Bihar Art, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister Dr Sukhda Pandey inaugurated All India Art Camp 2011 at Bharatiya Nritya Kala Mandir in Patna on November 5, 2011. BJP MLAs Arun Kumar Sinha and Nitin Navin were present on the occasion.
