Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated two-day Bihar Youth Convention at St Michael's School in Patna on November 12, 2011. All India Catholic University Federation organised the meet. The theme of the youth meet was "Oh Youth ! Awake and Shine to Build New Bihar".
