Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi jointly flagged off Rabi Mahotsav Rath, a caravan of 38 trucks under the second phase of Rabi Mahotsav (November 7 to 18) to provide seeds and other inputs to farmers in 38 districts of the state, in Patna on November 6, 2011.
