Patna gears up to host Adhikar Rally

Patna geared up to host a mega rally called by ruling Janata Dal (United) at Gandhi Maidan on November 4, 2012. The Adhikar Rally has been called to give a much-needed impetus to Bihar's demand for special status. Posters, banners and hoardings flooded the Patna roads calling upon the people to join hands with the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's campaign for gaining special status category for Bihar from the Central Government.
