Bihar Governor Dr DY Patil distributes sweets among school children on Independence Day





Bihar Governor Dr DY Patil unfurled the tricolor at Raj Bhavan to celebrate the Independence Day in Patna on August 15, 2013. Dr Patil also distributed sweets among school children to mark the occasion.
