A joint delegation of LJP and RJD leaders led by LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan and RJD national general secretary Ram Kripal Yadav called on Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar and submitted a memorandum in protest against alleged Rs 11, 412 crore central fund scam in Patna on July 17, 2010.Recently, the Patna High Court had ordered a CBI inquiry into alleged irregularities of Rs 11,412 crore in execution of development and welfare schemes between April 1, 2002 and March 31, 2008 by Bihar government.
