Bihar State Women Development Corporation (BSWDC) chairman N Vijaylakshmi inaugurated the Handicraft Fair, organised by Bihar Mahila Udyog Sangha in Patna on September 4, 2009.Women entrepreneurs from West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar have been participating in the fair that offers wide range of dress materials, jewelleries, home decoration items, plants and perfumes.
