Bihar Health Minister Nand Kishore Yadav inaugurated a function at Patna Medical College and Hospital to celebrate the World Health Day in Patna on April 7, 2010.Speaking on the occasion Yadav said Bihar government had decided to open urban health centres in every ward of Patna and divisional headquarters.
