Bihar Bandh hits normal life

The dawn to dusk Bihar Bandh call given by Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Lok Janashakti Party (LJP) threw the normal life out of gear in Patna and several other districts of Bihar on July 10, 2010. The Bihar Bandh was called to protest against the escaltaing price rise of essential commodities.

Educational institutions, shops and business establishments remained closed. Bnadh supporters also disrupted the railway services. Buses too remianed off the road.
