Picture is not rosy in Bihar, says Nirupam

Congress leader and party MP from north Mumbai Sanjay Nirupam said the Nitish Kumar government in Bihar has failed on all fronts, but Kumar has succeeded in selling sub-standard products as he is a good salesman.
Nirupam was talking to scribes at Sadaquat Ashram in Patna on July 13, 2010.
Congress workers also felicitated Nirupam on the occasion.
He said Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was a good marketing man, “but his products were not good”.
"The ground reality in Bihar is quite different from the rosy picture painted by the Bihar government," he added.
