BJP state president Dr CP Thakur annouced the induction of Champaran Vikas Party leader and four-time MLA Dilip Verma into his party in Patna on July 14, 2010.Champaran Vikas Party leader Dilip Verma along with hundreds of supporters joined the BJP.
Verma, who had represented Sikta Assembly constituency in West Champaran district four times till 2005.
