Police resorted to lathicharge and burst teargas shells to disperse the activists of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) students’ wing (Chhatra RJD) in Patna on July 22, 2010. RJD students’ wing activists took out procession demanding CBI probe into the alleged multi-crore central fund scam. Police swung into action when the demonstrators tried to cross the iron barricade at R-Block round about and march towards Bihar Assembly.
