Nitish Kumar sworn in as Bihar CM

Nitish Kumar, who led the NDA to a thumping victory in the Bihar Assembly elections, was sworn in as chief minister for a second consecutive term in a function at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on November 26, 2010. Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar administered the oath of office and secrecy to Nitish Kumar.
