Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated the renovated Rabindra Bhavan jointly in Patna on February 6, 2011. Bihar Art, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister Sukhda Pandey and Bihar Human Resources Development Minister PK Shahi were present on the occasion. Bihar Government had provided Rs 1.5 crore for the renovation work of the auditorium, which now has centralised AC and enhanced seating capacity of 1000 persons.
