Workshop on 'Challenges of literacy for Hindi-speaking states and future strategy' held in ADRI
A regional workshop on "Challenges of literacy for Hindi-speaking states and future strategy" was organised at State Resources Centre, ADRI, in Patna on March 14, 2011. Patna University vice-chancellor Sudipto Adhikari was the chief guest. Addressing the seminar, Professor Adhikari said poor literacy rate, specially among women, in Hindi-belt was a major obstacle for development.
