New Patna University vice chancellor Dr Shambhu Nath Singh joins office

New Patna University (PU) vice chancellor Dr Shambhu Nath Singh joined office in Patna on August 2, 2011. Outgoing vice chancellor Professor Sudipto Adhikari welcomed the new vice chancellor in his office.
