Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar participated in a mass prayer organised at Haj Bhavan in Patna on September 28, 2011 on the eve of the departure of the first batch of 300 faithfuls for Haj pilgrimage. Addressing the gathering Kumar urged the faithfuls to pray for the state's development and communal harmony.
