Bihar Rural Works Minister Bhim Singh presents 15 books to Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi

Bihar Rural Works Minister Bhim Singh presented a set of 15 books relating to his department's work to Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi at the latter's office in Bihar Assembly in Patna on December 5, 2011. Principal secretary of the Rural Works Department B Rajendra was present on the occasion.
