Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated a function that was organised at Rabindra Bhavan to celebrate the 127th birth anniversary of Deshratna Dr Rajendra Prasad in Patna on December 3, 2011. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, Bihar Legislative Assembly Speaker Uday Narayan Choudhary and BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha were present in the function.
