Centenary Bihar Diwas celebrations begin in Patna
Three-day Bihar Diwas centenary celebration function began at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna on March 22, 2012. This was the 100 years ago, the two new states Bihar and Orissa were carved out of Bengal Presidency. Gala cultural programes marked the opening day function.
