Union Energy Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde holds talks with Bihar CM Nitish Kumar

Union Energy Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde was in Patna on March 20, 2012 to review the progress of power projects in Bihar. Shinde also held a meeting with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on pending power projects of Bihar. The Union Minister later announced that Bihar would get 50 per cent of the power generated by the Barh phase-2 project of the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC).
