Cycle rallies mark Bihar's Centenary Year celebrations
Two cycle rallies were taken out in Patna on March 20, 2012 to celebrate the Centenary Year of Bihar. The first rally was flagged off by Bihar Art, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister Dr Sukhda Pandey while the second rally was flagged off by Senior Superintendent of Police Alok Kumar.
