Bihar Art, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister Shivchandra Ram visited the Moinul Haq Stadium in Patna on November 27, 2015 and took the first hand account of the ground and other facilities available there. Bihar Players Association president Mritunjay Tiwari accompanied the Minister.
