JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar took oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar for the fifth time at a mega function held at Gandhi Maidan in Ptana on November 20, 2015. Bihar Governor Ram Nath Kovinf administered Kumar the oath of secrecy.
