Nitish Kumar assumes office as 34th Chief Minister of Bihar
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar assumed his office as the 34th Chief Minister of the state at State Secretariat in Patna on November 21, 2015. Later Kumar held a meeting with district magistrates and superintendents of police of different districts through video conferencing and asked them to maintain law and order. He said there would be no compromise on rule of law and corruption.
