Bihar Governor Debananda Konwar (right) donates some cash amount on the occasion of "Flag Week " in Patna on September 3, 2009.Bihar Governor launched the Ex-Servicemen's "Flag Week" at a function held at Raj Bhawan. He appealed to all sections of society to donate generously to this noble cause.
